This is a recipe which is very close to my heart as it is something my whole family loves. It is a frequent affair in my house to get such delicious rotis at the heart of which there is spices and whole lot ghee(a class of clarified butter). They are made with multigrain flour and flavoured with chilli, cumin and many more spices. The aroma itself makes it difficult to resist. If you don't believe us, then try them yourself. Here is the recipe,
RECIPE:
1. 2 cups multigrain flour
2. 1 tsp salt
3. Pinch of asafoetida
4. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
5. 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
6. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
7. 1/4 tsp garam masala
8. Coriander leaves, finely chopped
9. 1 tbsp oil
METHOD:
Take a deep bowl and mix all the ingredients. Now kneed the dough with the help of water. Roll with the help of rolling pin to get about 1cm thickness. Place on a tawa and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes each side. Then cook on the direct flame until puffs up. Completely cover the rotis with ghee and serve hot with chutney.
