GREEN PAPAYA SALAD

So in this post, I will be sharing a healthy salad recipe with you. This dish is quite refreshing on the palate and takes like only 15 minutes. Also, it can provide a break from our conventional salads recipe. So let's get started.....




INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Green papaya, grated
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 2 green chili pepper
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds(rai)
  • 1 small lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

METHOD:
  • Take a deep pan and heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Now add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chili pepper.
  • Cook for a minute on medium heat and then add the grated papaya.
  • Now season it with salt and pepper. 
  • Lastly, turn off the stove and squeeze half a lemon. It can be served cold as well as hot.
